#asktheexpert how to maintain high immunity level and nutritional balance when the kids are in home and also how to maintain the weight balance.

A. Hi Mom, To maintain the weight balance, make your child to include in some types of exercises, yogas etc. Also do not allow your child to eat junk foods. Always prefer to eat homemade fresh foods. To maintain better immunity level, include all types of seasonal fruits, vegetables, pulses, dairy products, nuts and fruits etc.
