A. hi mam,as it has been six months of your delivery ,you can start doing low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables,salad , fruits more. along with that offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child which help to burn out extra calories.
