A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary, junk foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam, cardio.

A. lose tummy fat... start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise first gradually increase the intensity of exercise.. some cardio.. restrict the sugar and sweet intake
