Q.

#AskTheExpert how to loose weight after delivery? What to eat and what to avoid... As I am breastfeeding mother of 6 months old baby... I feel weakness too. Give me some diet chat so that I can't feel weakness.

A. Hi, 1) Avoid oily food, junk food, more rice, chocolate etc. 2) Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Have Dashmularishta post pregnancy for good strength. 3) Start with Walking and easy yoga steps
