Post partum weight loss needs extra dedication and discipline
Follow a small and frequent meals pattern
Always start your lunch and dinner with a bowl of salad
Include protein in every meal like sprouts or milk or paneer or curd or egg or oats or soya or beans or dal or chicken
Reduce the intake of sugar, sugary drinks , fried food and namkeen, maida, bakery products
Water 3l per day
If u have normal delivery then u can go for 45-60 min workout 6 days a week and if c section then start with 20-30 mins walk 4-5 days in a week n slowly increase the duration and intensity
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening I would recommend you to try to do yoga everyday in the morning it is advisable to have lemon honey with warm water everyday in the morning on empty stomach this will also help to get rid of the fat
