#asktheexpert how to know I'm producing enough milk for my baby? my in laws are pressurising me to feed the baby formula more often, as thee baby is asking for BM more often

Namaste Mom, You would feel heavyness in the breast , also the baby weight gain is gradually increasing and also the baby is happy and sleeps well after his feed as well, prefer as much possible to give priority to your feed and only if required then only go for formula

As long as your baby is feeding enough, gradually gaining weight, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times daily then there is no need to feed formula . Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your doctor for further assistance
