If the child is active, playing well then do not worry about the weight
Follow small and frequent meal pattern
Give healthy diet to the child which includes
2 servings of fruits, 3 servings of vegetables, 3 to 4 servings of roti, daal, rice , 3 servings of milk and milk products Along with dry fruits in daily diet of the child
Add ghee to the food prepared and make the dishes nutrient dense and improve the quality of food and not quantity
Reduce the intake of chips Chocolate and biscuits in the diet
Water 10 glasses per day
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and you can increase your baby weight by giving more nutrition value food. fd eggs chicken , cheese, ragi, paneer, soaked nuts and fresh fruits and vegetables along with cow milk twice a day with pediasure.
