A. dear mum, how old is your child? for healthy weight gain, give 3 meals in a day including 2 healthy snacks in between. you can include eggs and non veg foods. add dry fruits to your child's diet. at least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby's food.
