Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi...Put the baby in a high chair or in a swing.... Do not swing the swing while feeding....
Use it as a hanging high chair.... This way baby gets caught in one place.... Then u feed her... With full on entertainment... Wherein u r the joker and ur baby is the audience... Keep a box of toys or books handy to aid u in entertaining the baby...
I use the swing.... In fact my whole family tree has been using the swing to feed babies... It's a tried and tested idea....
Give breaks in between and swing the baby when there is no food in her mouth.... Do not swing fast... Go slow...
N gradually stop n start feeding again...
Peekaboo is one of the favorite games for both my daughters...
I hide behind the curtains when baby is in swing n we play peekaboo... It's fun for them
