Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day. also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. and increase the intake of garlic ginger dairy products and green leaves vegetables.
