Hi mom Make meal time fun with toys and story telling Offer different varieties of food Let him be hungry Don’t give anything in between mealtime Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
