A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth.t any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out afnd treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. Hi Mom, Here are the some of the foods which help your child to increase their hb level. Offer more iron rich foods such as spinach or green leafy veggies, beans, fortified cereals, lean meats, raisins and other dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, eggs, green peas, tuna, tofu etc. Thankyou and have a nice day.
