A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal with nuts, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, dry fruits, brown rice, fennel seeds, fish, legumes, ghee and milk. Latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand and while nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion.
