#asktheexpert how to increase breast milk and is formula safe to give thrice per day

A. plz don't go for formula milk .. keep on feeding the baby .. don't give up .. even I'm the mom of 1m old baby .. even i faced the same situation in initial days we think that milk is not sufficient and start giving formula so baby stops latching so that your breastmilks reduces gradually.. take galact granules or any breastmilk increasing powder consult your pediatrician.. keep on feeding when baby needs

A. it is advisable to give only breastfeeding and if it is inadequate and advised by your paediatrician then only go for formula milk drink plenty of water milk and shatavari which will help in increasing the breast milk
