A. Hai good evening !! For improving lactation have more water,fluids for hydration. Milk,diary products,rusk ,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds ,garlic,garlic milk,mutton kheema helps in increasing breast milk production. Give direct feed frequently the more baby latches the more milk produces.m
