A. Hello ma’am Three months also continue breastfeeding your child till the age of six months because for initial six months whatever weight and child gains is with the exclusive breastfeeding only and nothing else so continue breastfeeding after six months you can start giving semisolid food to your child along with good amount of water

A. Hello good evening !! Feed every two hours and burp after every feed. Long hours gap between feeding and improper sleeping pattern will lead less increase or low growth rate of baby weight. Generally babies increase 400-700gm per month. Sound sleep (adequate sleep 14-18 hours a day) helps in growth as sleep impacts growth harmone.
