A. Dear mum, to improve your child’s weight, you should give a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You should give all family foods the way you prepare at your house. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts. Add ghee to baby’s food.
