Make sure you engage child In activities like jumping, dancing, pushing objects, lifting things to build strength & stamina.
Add protein rich foods like egg, paneer, milk, curd, pulses, in baby's diet along with Vegetables nuts fruits

Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active and healthy as much as possible.
