Concentration varies from person to person particularly in kids it's lasts for few minutes 5-10 minutes.
To improve her concentration in studies or any other activity first relieve from stress, insecurity,fears, pressures.
Daily morning and evening start with mediation/yoga under experts or else walking, music any other hobby work which creates interest, pleasure to her.
Then after freshing up having warm water ,milk make her study for atleast 20 minutes.
Encourage mind reading which gradually improves concentration.
Story books, visual story telling improves book reading skills .
