ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello u can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy veg especially sabakki and fenugreek and if bm is not sufficient give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
