A. Hello mom If your baby is overweight or passing more urine in a day time then these are the few of the symptoms. Thyroid is very common in babies now a days and it can be cured with the help of proper medication. So1st you should go for the blood test and if your baby is having thyroid then you should consult with your paediatrician about it
