#asktheexpert how to help my 4 year kid to gain weight

A. Hello mom after the age of the child will round about gain around 2 to 4 kg yearly .. you can give him variety of foods such as fresh fruit milk shakes or stuff paranthas, millets , dals and legumes, whole eggs , panner , ghee etc , dry fruits would be beneficial

A. You can hive full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight.
