Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please don't stop breastfeeding if your child has temporary lactose intolerance . since it is temporary , you can rest assured that the condition will improve with time. keep track on your diet . I mean if you do need to eliminate dairy ,there are many substitute for cow's milk and milk products available.
