A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes aregh Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby isf burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. Breastfeed Often Nurse your baby every two to three hours and whenever they show signs of hunger. Don't put your baby on an every three- to four-hour feeding schedule like a formula-fed baby. Since breast milk is more easily digested, breastfed babies need to eat more often.
