Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet
taking more of fibrous food to avoid recurrent constipation is the best way to control piles

Also take fiber rich food items including fresh fruits and salads and fruits. Please take half spoon of ghee with milk. Also do walk atleast thirty minutes in a day.
