Hello ma’am Seems like you had a C-section delivery so it is going to take some time to heal on its own for the time in the doctor must have advised you to apply ointment in cream on to that on a regular basis slowly gradually the outer stitches are going to heal within one or two months and the inner are going to heal another 6 to 8 months
