Hello mom Babies by the age of 4 to 6 months they woh apna weight double karte hai aur fir one year tak triple karte hai , aap uske meals mein ghee use kare , steamed vegetables jaise sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots etc de sakte hai aur fir fresh fruits mein banana, chikku etc , rice and dal , ragi , multigrain grain porridge etc
