Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
try to make baby sit along with family when whole family is eating amd serve in his favorite plate , and sit along with him to help , and train to chew the food, do not grind the food but you can soak chapati in daal fully so it can be chewable or soft for baby. serve boiled soft veggies, curd, shakes, buttermilk, sheera etc. Thanks and take care
