How can we teach our kids chewing the food ?

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You should sit and explain the baby with real actions. Get the babys attention take a spoon of food put in your mouth and show how u chew the food well and then swallow. Ask the baby to repeat it. Let the baby take one spoon of food and feed himself and follow how u chewed the food. Continuous practice with ur involvement will show some improvement.
