A. it is advisable to apply ice over the swelling which will help in decreasing the pain and you can also apply thrombophob gel for one or two days after vaccination which will help in preventing the lump formation but if it is already formed it will take around 2-3 months to totally go away

A. Hi dear good morning If there is a pain and little swelling, give a hot compress to baby. Soak a cotton cloth in hot water squeeze it and gently press on injected area. Avoid cold compress as it sometimes may lead to cold. If there is heavy swelling or puss or heavy redness then immediately you should see your doctor.
