Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. can be colic in the baby small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe

you can give Himalaya bonnison drops..
you can take the baby to walk... u can use Babyhug stroller..
you can use Babyhug play gym mat..
