at first, please don't Force your child.
and don't compare your child with others.
make learning fun for your child.
stay calm consistent and positive.
as child grow , encourage him or her to practice yoga or mediation.
offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene.
