Well There are a lot of reasons behind loneliness so since you have not mentioned any I can only tell you that to keep yourself busy through the day just pick up a work from home kind of a thing where in you are busy all the day spend more and more time with your child and you know try to create a bond with your child otherwise if you feel loneliness or depression at any point of time you should consult a psychologist
