at first, please limit your own screen time because children are like sponge they absorb what they see.
spend quality time with your child.
play different games,sing rhymes and read story books with your child.
let your child get bored it will help to encourage your child to think for other things .
but please don't give mobile or any other gadgets for stopping boredom.
infact , boredom will help to think your child creatively.
offer age appropriate toys to your child.
Like buliding blocks, puzzles etc.
limit your child's screen time or make a rule that once in a week for 10 minutes is allowed .
