kids are like sponge they absorb what they see.
so at first , limit your own screen time.
spend quality time with your child.
play different games ,buy age appropriate toys for your child.
it will help to calm down your child.
please don't scold or yell at your child for this
gradually decrease his or her screen time.
stay calm consistent and positive
