A. Best way to boost immunity in children is to feed fresh and home cooked foods. Include Vitamin C rich foods like tomato, broccoli, beans, carrot, guava, kiwi, avocado, dry fruits, spinach, etc. Keep the house and surroundings clean including child's personal hygiene.
