Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as a child is eating stones ,first you should stop putting your child at such a place having stones. give Healthy diet which contains calcium and iron rich food items. whenever your child is playing ,give bowl full of fruits as finger food to eat. but do not force feed your child. avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
