#AskTheExpert how to add fruits to baby's diet?? my daughter is 19months old and she is only having pomegranate juice..she is not liking any other fruit

A. all fruits and vegetables you can I start after one year and also keep including Omega 3 fatty acid rich food items Mike walnut fish। । After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.
