#asktheexpert hii Doc my daughter is 10 months old and she is not having fruits at all, i tried in all forms, juice, pieces and finger foods, but of no use, please suggest how to add fruits in her diet

A. Fruits can be given in the form of juices or milkshakes, for vegetables you can give as soups or even add veggies to sambar or other curry as well.. Slowly introduce to them as snacks with the combination fo fruits. They may start liking it.You can nuts to your little one. Nuts powder can be made homemad added to milk, juice or even in foods. That's so healthy. Dates syrup is also very good and healthy. You may give avocado that's is loaded with lots of benefits and helps in healthy weight gain you can also tell the benefits of fruits show video of other children eating
