A. for stretch marks you can use bio oil or Mederma stretch marks cream and to reduce your belly fat exercise is the best way daily walking fast for about 15 minutes is also very beneficial

A. To reduce stretch marks post delivery, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydratedwith variety of fluids. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, brush walking, swimming breathing, cycling and Yogasnas. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel with coconut oil twice a day on affected areas.
