#asktheexpert How much water should I start giving to my baby who will just start solids? Also, what is your opinion on store bought cerelac?

A. you can give 2 and 3 spoons in start. once your baby starts eating solid foods properly after that you can give water according to her or him. like if they dont like taste. or they collect more food in mouth then they need water 😄

A. Thank you so much! Since home made cerelac will have a lot of grains and pulses mixed, at which week/month of starting solids should I introduce it to my baby?

A. avoid giving commerically prepared food items prepare cerelac at home and give it to your child it is more safe and hygienic

A. hi water can be given after age of 6 months so at that age, child Needs around 40 -50ml water per day always give boiled cooled water only avoid giving commerically prepared Homemade cerelac only
