A. 30 ml a day is ok. You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips, and it's fine

A. About 90 ML is definitely going to be a fair amount to go ahead with giving to the child because once you start giving food to the child the water content is more important as the feeding of the child generally Goes down and water also helps in proper healthy digestion of the food
