Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

About 500 to 700 ML of milk should be given to the child on an every day basis for sure it can be more than that but not less than that because a child definitely need to have this much amount of milk at the growth age so try to give as much good amount you can manage
