Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping . f
there is no need to to go for fixed feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits .
also if the weight gfain of the child every month is normal then no need to worry regarding the pattern of breastfeeding
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You should actually give at least 750 ML of milk every day since your child six months complete that’s going to be good amount and you can increase the pending about the need and appetite of the child and yes certain therapies would be required for down syndrome or autism but also I would recommend you if you have that believe you can try taking homoeopathic treatment also for the child
