Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! 300-500 ml of milk is suggested for a two year old baby. Along with milk other diary products curd, ghee, cheese, Butter, paneer , fruits and vegetables,dry fruits,Ragi other millets rich in calcium are suggested. Calcium helps in bones strength and teething.
