Q.

#AskTheExpert Manushi, 2 yrs 3 months old daughter only takes milk.. 1.5 to 2 liter in 24 hours.. We offer her solids but she never show interest. What to do?

A. it's too high quantity Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. Yea kids are fussy when it comes to food.. So. Give your kid the food they love to have. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given
