#asktheexpert How much food and cow milk should 1 year old consume? My son doesn’t eat at all.. I tried variety of food.. can u tell me if 1 chapati should be enough or half chapati at this age.. or 1/2 small bowl of rice is enough?

give your chikd 3 meals and 2 snack a day and ,offer all family food.
limit milk intake up to 16 oz per day.
