A. all the kind of dry fruit should be given only in very small quantities because they are heavy to digest further regarding this you can get proper guidance by consulting your nearby doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way, it becomes difficult to explain here in details without proper examination

A. hi well ,there isn't any specific guide lines for this. but yes ,you can give 2 or 3 dry fruits on daily basis. I mean ,you can give 3 or 4 soaked almonds , cashew or pista , walnuts to your child.
