ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 3 months old some babies pass to small amounts immediately after feed as a part of gastrocolic reflex it's also normal some babies pass stool once in 3 to 5 days it is also normal as long as the child is active taking feeds well without vomiting
