ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. If you have regular cycles of 28 to 30 days then the highly unsafe period Is 11th to18th day. Rest of the days are supposedly safe but this will work out only if you have regular cyclesWrite Your Answer Here

Hi mom Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hygiene Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Give adequate feeding Stay hydrated Maintain hygiene Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
